Texas Comes to its Senses, Sexually Speaking
Great news, and good riddance to a ridiculous law:
The United States Fifth Circuit Court has just ruled that it is no longer illegal to play with sex toys in the grand old state of Texas! Well, it’s about time!
Sex “Crimes”?
It’s almost unimaginable that the “crime” of using toys for sexual pleasure was punishable with jail time even when sex toys were used as “medical necessities” or for law enforcement (can you imagine!), you are now free to “use sexual devices as an aspect of their sexual experiences” in Texas (as quoted from the 5th Circuit Court ruling).
The Pursuit of Sexual Gratification
The courts additionally ruled that Texans can engage in the “pursuit of sexual gratification unrelated to procreation”! What year is this? 2008? Damn, it’s about time!
To celebrate this huge decision, do yourself and a loved one a favor and get yourself some new sex toys! Help Texans in celebrating their sexual independence!
